Hotel Membership Dues

**Please Note: Membership in your national hotel association is a prerequisite to joining CHTA.**

HOTELS

For the first 50 rooms	$6.33 per room
For the next 50 rooms	$5.18 per room
For the next 50 rooms	$4.60 per room
For any number of rooms thereafter	$4.03 per room

**Minimum dues payable by a hotel $287.5 (45 rooms or less)

**Maximum dues payable by a hotel $2,900.01 (662 rooms or more)

Sample Calculation: 105 room hotel

1st 45 rooms at $287.5

next 5 rooms of 1st 50 is 5 x $6.33 = $31.65

2nd 50 rooms x $5.18 = $259

5 more rooms x $4.60 = $23

TOTAL = $601.15

VILLAS

If more than one (1) company represents the same Villa properties, then each company must become a member.

CONDO/TIMESHARE PROPERTIES

The minimum payment in this category is $287.5 and the maximum payment is $1,352.

If your hotel is in a destination that does not have a national association that is a member of CHTA, please contact Membership for special pricing.
